Cropped Top Over Maxi Dress in Tofino

Another outfit from Tofino... I had to layer because it was so cold (and the coffee...hehe) ... I like this cropped top over maxi dresses
but in this case it takes away from the beautiful print of this dress. I scored this dress along a few others when I was in Istanbul,
Turkey a good 4 or 5 years ago and I still get excited about them every summer
